Order processing time
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and a link to click. After receiving the acceptance of the order, we begin its implementation and you will be kept informed about the progress of our work.
Parcel receipt date = shipping date + delivery time
The shipping date depends on the availability of products and the selected payment method, while the delivery time depends on the delivery method you choose.
Availability of products
Each product has a deadline that describes when the products can be shipped by us - from 24 hours to several, sometimes even a dozen or so days (in the case of hard-to-find products). We make every effort to ensure that the offer presented on the website corresponds to actual stock levels, but it may happen that the actual delivery time is extended - we will inform you about this immediately.
If you order a larger number of products, the shipping time of the entire order is adjusted to the product with the longest shipping time. You can complete the order in stages - please contact us or enter an appropriate note in the order notes.
Payment methods
Depending on the value of the order, the selected delivery method and your own preferences, you can choose one of the following payment methods:
Electronic payment (Przelewy24 or PayPal) - the most convenient and safe way to make a payment via the Internet. In our store we use the przelewy24.pl payment system, to which you will be redirected to make the payment. The whole process is quick and safe - you choose your bank and make the payment.

payment card - Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, ePrzelewy - list of currently supported banks available after selecting this form of payment at the order stage
Cash - personal collection - we do not deliver
Transfer - payment should be made to the indicated bank account number, which we will provide you in an e-mail confirming acceptance of the order. You can make the transfer online, at a post office or at a bank. After the payment is credited to our account, we will start processing the order.
Delivery method only by dpd courier
The courier company usually delivers the order within 1-2 business days from shipment.

The fastest and safest: Courier company - delivery is carried out by a professional courier company DPD. Choosing a courier means convenience and certainty that your order will arrive on time at an affordable price. Additionally, you will receive information about your order to your email address.
Cost of delivery
You will know the total delivery cost of your order after adding products to the cart and selecting the delivery method and payment method you are interested in - in the summary you will see the exact value to be paid.
