GDPR provisions
In connection with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, we would like to inform you that we process your contact details of employees and collaborators indicated for the implementation of the contract, offer or contract that have been made available to us.
We provide you with information attached to this correspondence about the purpose of obtaining your personal data and your rights in connection with their processing. At the same time, we ask you to provide information on our behalf to your employees and co-workers whose data has been made available to us in connection with existing business relationships, including: offers and contracts concluded for the purpose of implementing the Contracts.

4. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of carrying out commercial processes, contract execution, legal obligations and the purposes indicated in separate consents, if expressed.
5. Personal data will be processed pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) b, f of the GDPR, i.e. in order to perform the Agreement to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding the Agreement and is necessary for the purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator. The legitimate interest of ADO is to pursue claims arising from legal provisions.
6. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude the Agreement and its subsequent implementation by the parties.
7. The recipient of personal data may be:
- Authorized public authorities,
- Entities related by capital to Polskie Sklepy Odzieżowe sp. z o. o. in restructuring, based on internal contracts,
- Entities delivering correspondence,
- - Entities providing IT services,
- Entities providing advisory services,
- Entities providing legal services,
- Other entities providing services to ADO.
8. The data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing. Within the scope of the implementation of the Agreement, for the period until its completion, after which the data will be processed for the period required by law or for the period necessary to pursue claims. In the scope of pursuing the legitimate interests of the ADO, the data will be processed until the objection to data processing is positively considered.
9. We inform you about your right to:
- access to your personal data and request a copy thereof,
- rectification of your personal data,
- request to limit the processing of your data after the end of the contract,
- deletion of data after the periods stipulated by law have ended.
You can exercise your rights by contacting the IOD in writing or by e-mail (points 2, 3).
10. We inform you about the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Poland, such an authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
