COMPLAINTS

1. Lady-anne is liable under the warranty for physical defects that existed at the time the danger passed to the Customer or resulted from a cause inherent in the item sold at the same time, which were discovered within 2 (two) years from the date of delivery of the product to the Customer.

2. In order for Lady-anne to consider the complaint, the Customer should provide the complaint along with the Product/Products and proof of purchase.

3. Reports can be submitted on the complaint form, which you can download from the attachment.

4. Within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receiving the complaint, Lady-anne will respond to the Customer's complaint and inform him about the further course of action.

5. Lady-anne, resolving complaints in accordance with applicable law and taking into account the Customer's requests, will replace the defective product with a defect-free one or remove the defect. This does not affect the Customer's ability to submit a declaration of price reduction or withdrawal from the contract in accordance with applicable regulations. If it is not possible to replace the product, remove the product defect or if the product has already been repaired or replaced, Lady-anne will refund the amount due to the Customer in accordance with applicable law.

THERE ARE NO COMPLAINTS

1. Goods with obvious defects, visible at the time of sale and marked as II quality.

2. Goods with mechanical damage caused during use.

3. Natural wear and tear of the goods.

4. Comfort of wearing the goods.

5. Stains, dirt, stains resulting from use.

6. Fabric creases resulting from natural use of the goods
